Challenge yourself while support Nightingale House Hospice.
Runners of all abilities are invited to take part in this inclusive, and scenic multi-terrain 5k & 10k event, at Alyn Waters Country Park (Start is from the Llay Side).
Expect an enjoyable but challenging route, across different terrane with a few inclines along the way.
The course will be well marshalled and well-marked with instant chip timed results provided by Nifty Entries.
The 5k loop will be completed twice by 10k runners, with appropriate water stations and an event team ready to look after you at all times. There will be a bespoke medal for all who take part, in what promises to be a great morning out at Alyn Waters Country Park.
There's even a children's 1K fun run, so a great opportunity to get all of the family involved.
All entry fees go towards covering the cost of the event, we strongly encourage all runners to raise a minimum of £30 sponsorship in order to maximise the fundraising to help support patient care at Nightingale House Hospice.
